本页说明 Cohorta 账户、年付套餐和本机软件怎么一起用。支持：support@elidot.com。产品站 cohbrowser.space。销售方：上海奇点砚科技有限公司（Yandot，Shanghai）。结账、税务和退款咨询由 Waffo Pancake（Waffo.com Limited）作为 Merchant of Record 处理。本页无需登录即可阅读。

软件许可

目录 cohorta/ 与 js/ 仍是 MIT（见仓库根目录 LICENSE）。驾驶舱要点：cohortad、桌面端、coh 命令行和授权代理是专有软件。你可以在当前套餐的额度里使用，不另收费。不得转售、公开分发或共享账户，不得把绕过网站风控当成卖点。设备上限仍然适用。软件按现状提供，没有适销性或连续可用的保证。

账户

账户没有密码。可以用邮箱验证码、Google 或 GitHub 登录。登录之后才能购买、管理设备和账单。

套餐与额外身份

谁在开窗口都一样：界面、命令行、Claude Code 和 Codex 共用身份数量和并发窗口。安全检查、人工确认和导出不收费。

自动续费会按周期扣款，直到你在账单门户取消。取消后可以用到本周期结束。一次购买的 12 个月到期后不再扣款。两者都不是更短的账单周期。

在线刷新

授权租约每 14 天需要联网刷新一次，另有 7 天宽限。宽限结束后回到 Hobby 的额度。每天后台会向账户服务 POST /v1/lease，只请求重签租约。这次请求不上传身份内容、cookie 或页面。

2027-01-31 之前，旧的 COH- 与 NOCT- 密钥仍可在登录后认领。这些旧密钥用 Ed25519 签名，并带有 lic_id。旧密钥上的 exp=0 字段不会免去这 14 天的在线刷新。

设备

一个账户最多 3 台设备。移除一台设备，会计入其后 30 个自然日内的次数，这段时间内最多计入 5 次。一台设备连续 30 天没有使用，移除它不计入这个上限。

退款、拒付、导出与删除

隐私

身份、cookie 和运行记录默认留在本机（COH_DATA_DIR，默认 ~/.cohorta）。你是这些本机数据的控制者。账户服务保存登录和账单所需的邮箱、套餐、设备与订单记录。这是 GDPR 意义上的分工：本机数据由你控制，账户数据由我们按本页处理。行使查阅、更正或删除账户数据的权利，请写信到支持邮箱，我们在 30 个自然日内回复。

责任

在法律允许的范围内，就不间接损害负责。与本产品有关的责任，不超过你在引起索赔的事件发生前 12 个月内就该产品实际支付的金额。

可接受使用

用于你有权操作的网站、内部 RPA、授权 QA 与开发。禁止未授权访问，禁止把本产品当成无人值守发帖工具出售。不承诺绕过网站风控。生成不等于发布；高风险动作默认要人确认。云协作、代码签名分发权利和 OEM 需要另行书面授权。

Software license

The cohorta/ and js/ directories stay MIT (see LICENSE at the repository root). Cockpit terms: cohortad, the desktop app, the coh command, and the entitlement broker are proprietary. You may use them inside the current plan at no extra charge. You may not resell them, publish them, or share an account, and you may not market them as a way to bypass site checks. The device cap still applies. The software is provided as is, with no warranty of merchantability or uninterrupted operation.

Accounts

Accounts have no password. Sign in with an email code, Google, or GitHub. You sign in before you buy, manage devices, or open billing.

Plans and extra identities

Whoever opens a window shares one meter: the app, the CLI, Claude Code, and Codex count identities and concurrent windows together. Safety checks, human approval, and export are free.

An auto-renewing plan charges each period until you cancel in the billing portal. After you cancel, you can use it until the period ends. A one-time purchase of 12 months does not charge again. Neither is a shorter billing period.

Online refresh

The license lease must refresh online every 14 days, with a 7-day grace period. After the grace period the limits return to Hobby. Once a day the app sends POST /v1/lease to the account service and asks only for a new lease. That request does not upload identity contents, cookies, or pages.

Until 2027-01-31 you can claim a legacy COH- or NOCT- key after you sign in. Those keys were signed with Ed25519 and carried a lic_id. An exp=0 field on a legacy key does not skip this 14-day online refresh.

Devices

An account can have 3 devices. Removing a device counts toward a cap of 5 removals in the following 30 calendar days. Removing a device that has not been used for 30 days does not count toward that cap.

Refunds, chargebacks, export, and deletion

Privacy

Identities, cookies, and run records stay on this computer by default (COH_DATA_DIR, default ~/.cohorta). You control that local data. The account service stores the email, plan, devices, and orders needed to sign in and bill. In GDPR terms, you control the local data, and we process account data as this page describes. To access, correct, or delete account data, write to the support address. We reply within 30 calendar days.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages. Liability arising from this product does not exceed the amount you actually paid us for it in the 12 months before the event.

Acceptable use

Use it on websites you have the right to operate, for internal RPA, authorized QA, and development. Unauthorized access is prohibited, as is selling the product as an unattended posting tool. We do not promise to bypass site checks. Generating is not publishing. High-risk actions require a person by default. Cloud collaboration, code-signing distribution rights, and OEM need a separate written grant.

アカウント

アカウントにパスワードはありません。メールコード、Google、または GitHub でログインします。購入、端末、請求の前にログインします。

プランと追加の身分

誰が窓を開いても同じです。画面、CLI、Claude Code、Codex は身分の数と同時窓を共有します。安全確認、人の承認、書き出しは無料です。

自動更新は、請求ポータルで止めるまで周期ごとに引き落とします。止めたあとはその周期の終わりまで使えます。12 か月の一度買いは、その後引き落としません。どちらも、より短い請求周期ではありません。

オンライン更新

認可のリースは 14 日ごとにオンラインで更新し、7 日の猶予があります。猶予のあと枠は Hobby に戻ります。毎日、アプリはアカウントサービスへ POST /v1/lease を送り、リースの再発行だけを頼みます。身分の内容、cookie、ページは送りません。

2027-01-31 までは、ログイン後に古い COH- または NOCT- の鍵を受け取れます。これらの鍵は Ed25519 で署名され、lic_id を持ちます。古い鍵の exp=0 は、この 14 日のオンライン更新を省きません。

端末

アカウントの端末は 3 台までです。1 台外すと、その後 30 日のあいだに数えます。数えるのは 5 回までです。30 日使っていない端末を外しても、この回数には入りません。

プライバシー

身分、cookie、実行記録は既定でこのコンピュータに残ります（COH_DATA_DIR、既定は ~/.cohorta）。ローカルのデータはあなたが管理します。アカウントサービスは、ログインと請求に必要なメール、プラン、端末、注文を保存します。GDPR では、ローカルデータはあなたが管理し、アカウントデータはこのページのとおり扱います。閲覧、訂正、削除はサポートへ書いてください。30 日以内に返事します。

責任

法が許す範囲で、間接損害は負いません。この製品についての責任は、請求の原因の前 12 か月に実際に支払った額を超えません。

許容される利用

操作する権利があるサイト、内部 RPA、権限ある QA、開発に使います。無許可のアクセス、無人投稿ツールとしての販売は禁止です。サイト判定を越える約束はしません。生成は公開ではありません。危険な操作は既定で人が確認します。クラウド共同作業、コード署名の配布権、OEM は別の書面が要ります。
